The News is Out...all the way!

This Tuesday marked 12 weeks...almost done with the first trimester. I decided this was a good time to announce the news to the Facebook world and then to my students today. It was fun to see their reaction. Some of them clapped (mostly the girls I think). I told them I would come back and visit them next year with the baby. They wanted to know if I would come to BOTH 4th grade classes like I would really just go visit one and not the other. :) Other interesting questions included:  Is the baby already in your stomach? (Yes) Is it growing arms and legs? (Yes) What are you trying for it to be (meaning would I rather have a boy or girl)? When I responded that I would be happy either way, I don't really think this particular student bought it. She was like, so which do you REALLY want?  Luckily, I didn't any questions about where the baby came from! ;)
