Has it really been 3 months?

I can't believe it has been sooo long since I last updated the blog. Somehow, between Thanksgiving, Christmas, and our trip to Japan in January, the time has flown by. It's not that updating the blog hasn't been on mind. It just seems that I've had a hard time finding the time to do it. I realize I probably don't have that many readers anyway, so it's not that I'm worried about letting people down. The blog is really more of an outlet for me and a chance for me to write, which is something I enjoy doing, so hopefully I can get back to a more regular schedule of blogging. Since there is so much to catch up on, I think I will break it into a couple posts. I guess I should start with Thanksgiving!
