Memorial Day Weekend

This past weekend, we made another trip to Springfield. Not only were my parents, aunt, uncle, sister, and cousins there, but my mom's cousins (my Grandma's brother's children) came up from Florida to join us as well. We all had a nice time visiting and spending some time with my Grandma. Here are some pictures from our trip.

We Moved!!!

Between our trip to Springfield at the beginning of May, having a horrible cold, working on the new house, packing, Yusaku being sick, and moving into the new house, things have been a little crazy around here. Oh, and we just returned from another trip to Springfield!  Here are some pictures of the new house. Hopefully, once we're more settled, I'll be able to post some pictures of the finished product. For now, things are kind of a mess.

We like our new house, but we're still settling in and cleaning/packing some more at the old house. Also, we miss our old neighbors. Hopefully, we'll still get together for lots of playdates though. ;)

Springfield Trip

Things have been a little crazy lately.  We closed on our new house on Thursday, April 26 and the next day, headed to Springfield, Illinois to visit my Grandma. Since we recently got some bad news about her health, we decided that it would be a good idea to get in a visit.  The last time we had seen her was at Christmas. I wish we could visit more often, but traveling with Olivia isn't always easy. We are going to make it a priority to visit more often over the next few months though. We had a great visit with my Grandma, aunt, uncle, cousins, sister, and parents.  Here are some pictures from our trip.
